LA MADERNASSA Restaurant & Resort is located on the border between the Langhe and the Roero, areas of Italy World Heritage Site, and precisely in Guarene (Piedmont).
A Michelin Star restaurant, charming rooms and over 25,000 square meters of garden, vegetable gardens, greenhouses, rows of vines, orchards and aromatic plants in a landscape that is a treasure trove of beauty, flavors and scents.
It is a Resort that has the objective of making every possible intervention to reduce the environmental impact of the entire structure, has developed biodiversity projects to achieve positive benefits for the entire community.
The ORTO de la Madernassa and the SERRA FREDDA are indispensable elements for the cuisine of the restaurant that cannot give up the freshness of the vegetable at all times.
The greenhouse, active all year round, has an extension of 120 square meters and contains over 200 varieties of herbs and edible flowers, as well as hosting the sowing of plants that will then be transplanted to the open field.
Both the greenhouse and the vegetable garden are personally cared for by the property and the Chef, but also the kitchen brigade knows how to move inside.
It is right from the garden that the guest can start a path of unique senses before arriving at the table, passing through the kitchen, where he can enter thanks to a glass window from the rooms overlooking the stove,
but where you can also choose to have lunch or dinner by directly reserving a table right in the park near the garden.
